FCOC (Freightliner Chassis Owners Club) Membership
I'm not sure how many FCOC Members there are on this thread. Just thought I would pass on some information. It is believed by some that you have to be the original owner of a Freightliner Chassis unit to be a member. That is not true. I verified that today, with the Vice President for Membership, Mary Costigan. At one time, you had to be a FMCA (Family Motor Coach Association) Member to belong to FCOC, but currently that is not the case, as FCOC has withdrawn from FMCA. One of the advantages I found about belonging to FCOC is you get a discount on Service done at some Freightliner Facilities. FCOC, also holds Rallies in different parts of the country throughout the year.
One other note that might be of interest, is that if you are the original owner and you purchased your unit new, you will get the 1st year of dues to FCOC free.
Hope this information is useful to others.
