Does anyone know if the 10% discount on parts/labor for FCOC members apply only to the Gaffney service center or is it honored at any Freightliner OASIS center?

The attached is taken from the Freightliner Flyer - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Qtr, 2014 edition. On page 30 and 31 it lists some 56 Oasis centers that have discounts. I also saw in the Flyer that Tag Truck Centers also offer the discount.
