fiberglass roof manitenace

I email randy to make sure that I have a fiberglass roof on my MH 2014 360 QL . and he said that I did and just clean it with soap and water and keep up with the calking around all the vents and outside edges. but he did not say what else to do !
so what else do I need to do to keep it up. mine has the worm pattern in it.

I've read that some people apply Mop & Glow or Zep to the roof to help stop the caulking that will occur over time that causes the white streaks down the sides of your Moho. I just wash it a few times a year. I never applied anything to it.

What type of caulking is good to use up there?

I use Dicor self leveling lap sealant for use on horizontal RV roof surfaces, including rubber, TPO, metal, fiberglass, aluminum or wood. Seals along roof edges, around vent covers, vent pipes, air conditioners and screw heads. Remains flexible. UV-stabilized to prevent deterioration and discoloration. 10.3 oz. tube. item no 501lsw
