FL Part Numbers

Anyone know how to find part numbers for power steering, air, oil and other filters/parts on our coaches??

I've heard that such items may be not only be different from year to year, but even on chassis' that came of the line only a unit or two apart. In other words, it's like the MH itself; no two (chassis') are identical.

Guess one would need the VIN number to be sure??

Boo,
Did you try contacting the Freightliner help desk (1-800-FTL-HELP)? They may be able to give you the part numbers you are looking for for your specific chassis.

Boowho After working in fleet dept for 30 years I can safely tell you if you go to Freightliner dealer and give them the last ten digits of your Vin ( of the chassis)they can give you every filter for that unit. And yes you are correct units are different because they are usually built on orders from end user.I have worked on chassis that are sister units and the exhaust is even routed different

I have contacted FL customer service in Gaffney, but so far no response.

And finally, I'm looking for one of those filter wrenches mentioned (pix posted) in another thread. Looks SO much better than those damn strap things.

Finally got the PartsPro software from the Access FL website working. I am now able to check everything I need as far as parts, and the information is SPECIFIC to my VIN number.
