I picked up a rubber backed mat at Bed Bath and Beyond. It has a low knap to it and fits the area almost perfectly.

We had an area carpet made from a template. It covers the entire front area from the dash to about 3 to 4 inches aft of the captains chairs. Its bound and rubber backed. Beckler's Carpet Outlet in Dalton Georgia made it for us. They did a great job and were about the same price as what you can get from Wade RV accessories near Lazydays in Tampa. But we got to pick the carpet.

We had one but I didn't like it. I didn't use one and don't really miss it.

I'm with Phil, I find it easier to keep the porcelain tile clean by sweeping it instead of having carpet there that would need to be vacuumed.

I've got a piece of left over carpet that I cut out from the house. Our carpet store will cut any size piece one wants a will put a binding around it.

We did exactly what CAT-RN suggests. We used a piece of carpet left over from carpeting the dining area, trimmed it and had it bound by a local carpet shop. Fits perfects and is a breeze to just pick up and shake out the door. Like $25 to bind - well worth it!

Nice. Thanks for the pics. It sure helps a lot. I'm not good at all in "picturing" things.

JBoyer the carpet looks very nice. Also saw your Front shade in the background. Where did you get them? How are they mounted ?

Pat,

The shades are the original front shades that came with our unit. They are the two piece slide curtains mounted on plastic track - attached under the side cabinets and front entertainment system cabinets.
