FR diesel division, Elkhart

Just returned home from a trip to the Elkhart factory to have items corrected that my dealer was unable to fix correctly. Randy and his team rock!! Warren was my tech and he accomplished more in a day and half than my dealer who had my rv for more than 3 weeks. It was good to put a face to the name and they provided a lot of good information. I have a small inverter that only powers my back tvs and lights and I should use my generator more if not hooked up to shore power.
I also enjoyed touring the facility to see the making of rv from start to finish.
Despite the cold weather, wind and snow it was a good trip and learning experience.

You must be mistaken because according to TVRN (Tiffin Forum) they are the only manufacturer in the industry to repair coaches at their factory.

Just messin with ya.

Glad to hear they were able to fix your issues. I want to make a trip up there also one day. Would love to watch them put a coach together.

My berkshire is running like new!! The factory is not running on Mondays and they start 5:30am.
Tours are at 2:00. At the end of the shift and it was interesting to see the works in progress. They do a lot in a small space.

I have an appointment there early next month. Both the dealer that I purchased from and the factory are in Elkhart, so I figured going to the factory is a no brainer. Dealing with Randy and the crew there is a pleasure.

We had a lot of trouble with our rig when we bought it but Randy sent a driver down and took our BB (Boomer Buggy) back to the mother ship. When she came home, she was better than new. You are right. Randy and his crew Rock! Frank

When I called the factory to have some things checked out on my 08 I was told they don't do that. My driver seat has been flaking for years I was told there was nothing they could do about that either. Jim

Just returned from the factory having had some warranty repair work done. I am also on the bandwagon about Forest River factory repair service. EXCELLENT!!! Just want to thank Randy, Mitch and (I think Warren....terrible memory..sorry, but great repair work and explanations) Can't say enough about thoroughness, communication, quality of service and timely repairs. Beside building a great coach, it's just as important to have good backing and service. These guys deliver and Randy is the best!
