Just wanted to let everyone know that Matt up at the factory is one of the nicest, most helpful guys you would ever want to meet.... He has "gone above and beyond" every time I called and asked for assistance - from Mercedes engine info to providing paint codes for touch-up paint... Really a nice guy... Means a lot to me to have an actual friendly person up there that I can call...

I would love to get some touch up paint for our TT. How do we get a hold of Matt?

Direct number for Matt is 574-295-2117.... He won't give you the paint because FR can't, but he will give you the paint brand and mixture codes.... You will need your vin#...

Matt helped me with an inverter and transfer switch that melted down right after we bought our rig. He was very helpful.
