Sure no problem. We(FR) and myself have been fighting with the Dometic Fridge for awhile. FR replaced it(two years out of warranty) last month but the new one arcane with a few new issues. Randy arranged to have the tech from Dometic work those issues out. They are also going to replace my shade motor as my dog sat in the switch and burned the motor out. I'm hoping that they can switch out a bad clothes washer with one that will spin. Mine has been acting up for awhile and I'm sick of it. Time to replace it.

I asked Randy to order a control panel. I want to try that to see if it will work. I took your symptoms and watched mine and I now believe that the problem is worse when the BY is getting fuller. I want to see if the board with the touch pads is somehow causing the issue. Long shot at best but every one is out of ideas.

Will do. I agree Randy is definitely a huge asset for the owners and for FR. Somehow he manages to put both parties first and everyone wins.

Phil,
Have you been without a refrigerator all this time? If so, I guess you have been eating out a lot!
Hope they get everything resolved for you tomorrow.

No Tom the fridge has been working as long as I had the fan blowing on it. As long as the fan is on it works great. If I remove the fan its iffy.

What a great day. I dropped the MH off to Randy around 8 and he got everyone busy. We left and had breakfast at the Cock-a-doodle. A highlight was Wayne meeting us there. We had a very nice visit. It's always nice to put a name with a face. All of our list plus stuff I didn't know about was fixed. The fridge is working great the front shade goes up and down again and the washing machine will now wash clothes. Lots of other stuff fixed and I feel like I just got a new motor home.
If I haven't said it lately FR is the best and the crew he has is second to none. I know I get cranky when people run down FR with all the negative crap. This visit will not help that. LOL. FR is just the best.

Phil,
Happy to hear that your refrigerator is fixed and working as well as your shade and washing machine.
Hopefully that will be all that you need fixed for a long while.

Tom I sure hope so. This fridge thing was a real PIA. I hate it when a issue is intermittent. It had Dometic and FR scratching there head. They decided the baffle they put in at Dometic's suggestion was to big so they cut it down and added a third fan in the baffle. You can really feel the air moving out the top. The temp is holding a nice 34 degrees. All of these pesky issues from supplied components. All out of warranty and all supported and fixed by FR. Outstanding!

No Bob we spent Tuesday night in the parking lot and left Wednesday at 3 with everything fixed and working. We went over to the FR display to see the new rigs but was turned away as it was only for dealers. Oh using Randy's name to bluff our way in didn't work but did generate a phone to Randy telling him not to send customers to the dealer only show. Oops Randy was only slightly amused.
