No.... TV's not that important BUT I'd like to be able to tweak mine if I want to... I'm one of those guys that likes to tinker and modify my rig and when they build things where the average guy has to go through crazy girations in order to do what he wants to do, it's irritating..... Not much forethought on their part....

Not easy to install. You need to get to the back of the tv to bolt it to the frame of the compartment. Jim
