Full wall slides
We have a 2018 39a that is 14 months old, been in somebody’s shop for half of that time. Various issues,some related to “new coach bugs” that I expected but the main issue is the full wall slide. It broke loose from the cabinets and separated at the back splash of the counter top. It goes together when fully extended and separates when pulled in.
I worked with Randy in the warranty dept, he has been more than helpful, went way beyond his responsibilities to help me. But I got the impression this was a known problem and they had already been down this road with other Berkshire coaches. My question to the forum has anyone experienced anything like this with their full wall slide ? If so, what was done to correct the problem ?
