maybe the generator's breaker is tripped, with no power coming into the coach?

On the generator next to the start switch. Sometimes it will trip if you have things with high loads on when your start it up.

Type the following in the search block at the top of the screen: Precision Plex no Midi_PCS module comm There was a discussion about your problem on 2-25-18, they came up with a fix. You could have a cable in the back of Presicion Plex board not pluged in.

McKyver,
have you checked the digilevel in the water bay? If that is blank then that might cause the issue on the precision touch screen. please contact Mike Winterrowd at the Berkshire plant for more info. or email here mwinterrowd@forestriverinc.com. Thank you.

No, might not have been connected to start with. Here is a quote from the discussion I referenced to you, "today I called Precision and after following their instructions, I discovered two unplugged cables behind the Diagnostic Center under the bed." I suggest you call Precision Circuits and see if they can help.

Check fuse H01 on the PrecPlex panel under the bed base. Fuse H01 supplies +12V to the PCS, & the rooftop AC modules.

Are you sure it's only displayed when the Generator is on? That message, while on the Power Screen, has more to do with the PCS, than the generator.

The message "No PCS Module Comm" is a generic way to say your PCS (Power Control System) isn't communicating with the rest of the PrecPlex network.
FYI, the PCS is a device inside the 120V Breaker box that monitors 120V power flow, controls the Roof AC unit functions & manages Energy Management System for shedding of high amperage 120V components for better shore/generator system operation.

If fuse H01 is good, save yourself a ton of time & headaches from misinformation. Call Danny or Nick @ Precision Circuits.

Had a similar issue this summer but the generator would start up randomly and ignore the start/stop switch on the dash. After trouble shooting over the phone with Precision Plex we narrowed it down to a short on the digi-level in the wet bay. Turns out it was shorting out (got wet or moisture on it) When i disconnected the 'GEN' plug on the digi-level in the wet bay the genie started ok but I got the NO PCS error inside. Your issue could be a loose connection or a short.

Precision Plex shipped me a new one and it's solved. 'Wet bay' now has to stay dry so the electronics don't short.
