Gerard tankless GSWH-1

ok all, couldn't find an answer. Using the hot water it is warm not hot. I havea 2013 RBQ. tried finding the mode switch with no luck. also is there a valve somewhere that the dealer might have turned last year when they winterized it?

I think that you have a gen ll. This would have a rotary dial for control. Mine is found in the medicine cupboard near the shower in my 390fl. If it is a gen l, I think it is only a switch and I don't know where they located those.

Best bet is to call Gerard in the morning. They are on the left coast so they open at 10 i believe. You might have a bad sensor. Assuming you have the dial set.

i put a pressure regulator (50lbs) on the hose and the water seems to be hot to the wifes liking now.

ive checked everywhere except probably where it is, and still can't find a dial or switch...

I have a 2013 390RB and I believe I have a Gen 1 as well (at least that's the literature I have that came with the coach).

I think your mode switch is right above your slide switches. Should be "auto" and "low".

Haven't seen any kind of switch in my 2012 either

The switch on my 322RK is in the kitchen above the cabinet doors below the sink. It is labeled low and auto.
