Great Forest River Customer Service First Post

I would like to thank Forest River for standing by their product. Randy and Mitch have been really helpful and great to work with. I am the second owner for my 2012 BH340 and Forest River has replaced my drivers side window (noise issues) and last week upgraded my front axel airbags at no cost. I think it is very impressive for a company and their employees to stand by their product. No company can do everything right all the time but it is definitely nice to be associated with a reputable manufacturer. We love our coach and plan to keep it for at least 4 years before we upgrade to a tag. I am happy that FR stands behind their coaches.

In addition to the airbag and window upgrade we have also upgraded the tires (270's), installed a super steer ss100 steering bell crank, installed new residential fridge, under coach led lights, new 4K hdtv TV, new dinette upholstery, blue ox tow bar (for Fiat Abarth) and new Flexsteel captain and passenger chairs (original chairs had horrible peeling issues). I am hopeful that we are set for a couple years but one never knows. We park in lot 1 for all University of Florida football games. If you see us stop by and say Hello. GO GATORS!!!

Jay

You are not the first who has said good things about Randy and Mitch. I would like to have a count of the number of people they have helped. I for one have been helped by Randy and the Forest River family. Jim

Your very lucky... I made an apptointmemt in Jan to drop off my RV the end of March to repair minor warrantee items and 5 weeks later, they still have it. It's perfect spring camping season and I can't even get Funtown RV in Cleburne to return my calls! When I do get the service guy, he just blows hot air! The buying experience was great, but service is owned & operated by amateurs! I'm ready to upgrade, but can't even get it out of the shop or the mud pit they parked it in!

Randy and crew at the Berkshire factory are top notch. One of the reasons to own a Berkshire!

I would like to jump on this wagon, Charleston owner , Mitch is the one I deal with for warranty, always pleasant to talk with, very knowledgeable of the coach , an gets it done. It's all you can ask for. And he just tells it like it is . Also talk with Mike in customer service on questions I have, also very knowledgeable , never a dumb questions . Always invited to call back. Hey, these coaches are what there are, company support is the whole deal. Don't get me wrong, I've had my share of woos with this coach , but these guys come thur every time.

Thumbs up Customer service

We, too, have had great customer service from Forest River. If I were on the board of directors, I would make Cedar Creek customer service rep Denise president of the company. We have had many issues with our Cedar Creek fiver, and Denise has worked tirelessly to resolve every one.

Hello Hank. I purchased a 3 door LG from Home Depot. The install cost more than the fridge. Had to remove the drivers side window and chair. Fits great. The install was done by Land Yachts in Jupiter Florida. They are a class act

Hello Mike. Here is a picture. Sorry a little dark. 10x better than the original chairs. Better material. Higher back. Electric lumbar support. I'm now looking forward to the long drive. Click image for larger version

Nice looking chair. Looks like you could drive all day sitting in that seat. Jim

When you get ready to upgrade, I recommend you go to Total Value RV in Elkhart, IN (@ 5 miles from the Berk factory ) Our Salesman Dave was great to work with!

Hi Jay,
Thanks for the pics. The coach looks great! Customer service ability can definitely make or break a company! I am glad they took good care of you.
We have a nephew that was a UF grad. GO GATORS!! (even though we live in LSU territory.... don't tell anyone).
Congrats on the "new" coach! You are riding in style!!
