I just had my 2011 Berkshire serviced at Ray Wakley Rv in Erie, PA. They were so easy to work with. My coach had to sit outside while we waited for some parts to arrive. When I arrived to pick up the coach it was inside so all the snow would melt. Under the snow was about a two inch layer on ice, they took the time to melt the ice with warm water. Dave (service manager) went above and beyond to see that all my issues were addressed and corrected. I highly recommend this dealer.
Thanks for the recommendation. We are about 90 miles from Erie, so it would be a doable trip. So far Buffalo RV has been pretty good. Initially we had some difficulties with them, but all is well now. We will see how they do in April when we bring ours out of storage.
