Help. New window leak.

I got the new driver side window. Now on the first rain I noticed water pooling at the front corner where the track is. It seems like the sliding glass lets some water in at the seal where the window lock is. Then it travels down the gasket and pools at the front. Does anyone have a suggestion. (Dealer is 3 hrs away) I would like to fix it by myself. My first thought is a little water intrusion is normal that's why they have drain holes on the out side. Does anyone know how to remove the lower gasket or the sliding glass with out damage? Any help would be appreciated. Ken

My DH has been in the glass business for over 20 years and wants more pictures to assess. He asks for outside pictures too. I hope he can help.

On pic 2. The left pane is operational. The right pane is stationary. It is leaking at the bottom right corner of the operational pane. Hitting the gasket the pane slides on and pooling to the far right. Ken

It is hard to determine if it is leaking from the side gasket that seals the two windows side by side or the bottom rubber gasket on the slider. My experience in the glass busisness for 25 yrs would be to start with drying it out the best you can with towels. Then have someone sit in driver seat, and you get a ladder and a garden hose on low, and start at the bottom. Work your way across and up slowly. This will narrow down where the leak is exactly. It really could be coming from up higher and traveling.
Let me know what the results are & take it from there. It may, but hoping not, involve pulling out the whole window.

While it was raining I could see it comming in at the bottom. You can see on my last post where I have a towel. It's coming in right there at the bottom then traveling toward the front of the coach on the internal gasket/ track that window slides on.

I wonder if its leaking between the stationary and slider up down rail.
is the felt or rubber cracked or missing. i'm sry but its so hard to give u a answer with out seeing it. how about blowing some air and maybe u could see some bubble, try that.

Yes I agree. That's exactly where it's leaking. At the bottom part of the seal between the stationary and the slider. . Maybe I need to just replace those seals. This is a brand new window. What a pain.
