Can you bypass the lock out by jumping the starter solenoid. If so, PLEASE have engine in park with emergency brake on AND someone sitting in drivers seat with foot on brake.

40'diesel MH. I would not recommend doing this as you would put yourself in danger.

There is no 'Park' on a Berkshire. Doesn't matter as he has already found out what the issue was.

So if you can enlighten us with no common sense where is the solenoid? If it's in the Battery bay that's one thing but even then you better know what you are doing. If it's in the engine compartment it would require you to be inside the engine compartment while someone I is trying to start the engine. I'm sure it's doable but not for the novice.

Also, I do not wait to air up when I start the coach, I go straight to retract all since the coach dumps air when you do this step anyway. Once all retracted, turn it off and you hear the click and the coach starts to air up the bags and tanks.

Jason

Same way I do mine, Jason. No engine shutoff. Just hit jack retract after you've started the engine.
