I met RoamingEngineer with his Berkshire at the Gaffney, SC Freightliner Oasis. He and I are getting yearly service. The Oasis was a shock at 42 degrees, especially after coming up from Fort Myers 85 degree weather, LOL

Good to meet you Hank. Apologies for my hasty chat today. I got in around 2:00am last night and was up at 7:00am this morning. Worked from the lobby all day (I'm a software engineer) and was eager to get inside for a nap and warmth.

I too was a bit surprised by the weather. I'm just up from Orlando for tires/airbags and 48 month service. I only packed for 2 days and only brought shorts.

If you're around tomorrow in the waiting room, I'll have more time to chat.

I was at Camping World in Ft. Myers FL yesterday picking up my TOAD after having it set up for towing 4 down and saw a black and gray Berkshire pull in to a service bay.

Phil, we were at Shady Acres RV Park. It is on 41, and about 2 mi north of Corkscrew Rd. The park is way off 41 and with spacious 30 ft between coaches. Heading home early for some doctor's appointments. Not looking forward to the weather up in the northeast. How long are you staying?

Hank we are here until the second week in April. We bought a lot here so we want to get contractors started on improvements. We really like the Fort Myers area.

Phil, We wish you success on your acquisition. Did you purchase a RV lot, park model or mobile home?

Hank we bought a lot to park the MH on. We are busy deciding what improvements we want and when to do them. We plan to be here Nov - March so it made since to buy. It's a new park and we really like it so far.

There was a Berkshire in Fredericksburg Texas today. It was in the parking lot of the Messina Hof winery. We have been staying at the Fredericksburg RV park and saw that one while we were driving down to 290.
