Are the Bluebonnets out yet? I love the hill country. We had planed to spend a couple of weeks that way. I wish it would have worked out.

There were a few patches, but the wildflowers are not out in force yet.

What campground would you recommend? We are planning a trip there this spring/summer. Any other tips/places to eat/ things to do?

We stayed at Fredericksburg RV Park. Pretty nice and close to downtown.
Every restaurant we went to downtown had great food. Depends on what you want to eat.
Winery's are a big thing there. We liked Woodrose as you can sit outside and be served.
Must go to Luckenbach on weekend to see the live music.
LBJ Ranch was interesting.

Saw a Berkshire today at 3:00pm on I-95 South near St. Augustine, FL. Not pulling anything. I was headed Northbound pulling a car!
