Thanks Dan and Gottawonder! We were nervous about making such a big leap, but feel better about it every day. Fate was clearly saying CHOOSE THE BERK! Hope to see you on the road.

Congrats on your new Berkshire!!(we expect pictures!! LOL!). One of the reasons we bought a new Berkshire (we had an '08) was for the larger refrigerator and washer/dryer. We take a number of trips with just the 2 of us but we also take a number of trips with one or both of our sons and their families. Having the smaller refrigerator and no washer dryer made it tough to travel for any length of time.
Now the hard part is waiting to pick it up.

Congrats on the new Berk--by mistake you end up with the Berk. My guess this will be a great mistake. Ha. You will love the berk.

Saw another Berkshire parked at Myrtle Beach State Park, looks like 2008 or 2009 with same paint as ours.

Congrats on the New Berk! We have three kids also and the same Berk (ours is the 2014). It's perfect for a family of 5. You won't be disappointed.

Good to hear - thank you! Many parallels here: we have 3 kids and 2 Italian Greyhounds.

Yep Craig and Tom, I'm still out there. We drove our Berk from Buffalo to Terre Haute, IN, where one of our twins is in college at Rose-Hulman and then down to Hilton Head for a week. Stopped in Winston-Salem to see the wife's brother and then headed home. Good trip and the rig continues to run well even though it has spent a lot more time in storage than on the road. Now with the kids in college we should (and should is the operative word) get more road time in. This trip was our first 2,000 mile trip in a long time so it was fun to get out and enjoy the Berk.

One is camping 5 spots down from me on Cape Breton Island.
Wanted to say hi but he was inside, did snap a couple shots though to prove it . You will see my Sandpiper in the distance.
