In Elkhart today

What a great group of people that work in the diesel division. We were treated to such a wealth of experience, invaluable information, thoughtfulness and kindness. Much to our surprise walking back out to our coach after speaking with Randy Houser. We noticed something wasn’t connected in the back. A tailpipe failure. We had bodies under the coach quick, one was Todd didn’t catch the others name getting the bad pipe and chrome attacher down. We now have a new 3 inch one fitted by an in-town muffler company. We’ll get a proper one after our trip. Andy Thompson was keeping all working ,tending to our needs. He stayed late to make sure when we got back from the muffler shop we were set for the night. Thanks Andy, Randy, Todd Dave(?). Unbelievable top notch customer service and attention. We will follow Andy’s advice and suggestions on continued care of the Berk. We so appreciate you gentlemen. A Trillion thanks to all. Kim and Fred Wright

Hi Kim and Fred! I am so glad the guys at Forest River are taking good care of you. Please tell them the Berkshire Owners said HELLO and that we really appreciate all they do for us! Have a good time while you are in Elkhart! Take a drive down to Rise and Roll Bakery tomorrow morning for some hot donuts! Believe me it is well worth the trip!

Karen thanks for the recommendations on the donuts. We dropped off 3 dozen at the plant. They call them Amish crack. I can see why

We saw some naked Berkshires. Highly recommend the factory tour we had Randy Alwine was our guide. Just seeing all the details and tons of wiring that go into these coaches awed us. Thanks Randy for showing us the inside works
