Is my home falling apart

The pictures attached are the area around the taillights and bottom of the rear grill area.
Has anyone seen this happening in their Berk?
Please excuse how dirty it is!

Not trying to make excuses for them, but I wonder if this time of year is bad timing coming upon the pending rally. Not sure if they have any rolls as far as prepping for it.

But they say the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Ours is happening on the dark brown areas. We have sent pictures to several RV repair specialist in body repair, all saying that it is a manfacturing defect and will require from $7,000 to $11,000 per side to repair. Sanding and repainting will get rid of it, but only for a few years. Guess ours will be sold as is a few years down the road and we will just have to bite the loss. We have sent pictures to FR, their reply, "just buff it out" which will not work per the RV specialist we have talked to.

Mine isn't paint cracking, it's the fiberglass. The area that's the worst is a series of spiderweb cracks where chunks of fiberglass are falling out.

According to the vin notes this unit was damaged during delivery to the customer. An estimate of repair was submitted and paid to the original owner. It does not look like the repairs were ever made and have grown progressively worse. I regret to inform you that due to the circumstances we will not be able to help in this matter.

WoW!! Damaged during delivery and not repaired. Original owner took no loss! The other with checking and gel coat falling out is serious too. Not an inexpensive repair!.

I don't buy the damaged during transit explanation. I would make them prove it with all the paper work to back up that claim. Just doesn't appear to be caused by an accident or anything like that.

I thought it strange as well. Funny an accident hit front and rear during delivery? Possible yes ~~ hit something and rear ended? Why accept a damaged unit?

Maybe it was repaired, but badly done? Now the repairs are aging badly.

I wonder if the original purchaser is the dealer or end customer?

Jegstrap, can you see any evidence of repair or damage on the back side of the fiberglass? Did you buy it new or used?
