Jensen Radio

I own a 2010 Berkshire 390BH. It has a Jensen radio/monitor. I have a problem with the radio no volume control. Try to look on internet with no help.

Here is a Link to the Instruction Manual

I couldnt find anything about your issue - Have you tried reseting the power to the unit

Maybe call their support line and see what they have for assistance
Here is a link to their support
Customer Service

Jensen only warranties them for 90 days / 12 months - If you bought your RV New and still have warranty might be a good time to call them as well.

I have had issues with my 2010 390bh jensen. There is a small indention next to the volume control that seems to reset the unit. Use a pen to press the reset. It will go dark and then come back up in(I believe) default mode. Its worth a try.

I agree with kingwood and try to reset the unit but instead of a pen, I would use the end of a paperclip. The hole is very small and the paper clip would work better. I have used it a couple of times to reste the unit.

I have a problem with our radio also. The fm signal will work for 30 seconds then it just goes to static. They changed the antenna but it didn't work. Now the dealer is changing the entire radio out. Hope it works.

Regarding the no volume control on the Jensen VR187. This is an easy fix. There is a small ribbon cable connecting the front panel of the radio to the rest of the assembly that needs to be reseated. You will need to remove the radio and then disassembly the front panel from the radio. Unplug the cable then plug back in and it should work. The cable is very small and fragile so be careful. I have fixed two this way with the same issue.
