I'm glad you asked that. I only drove my 400QL from the dealer to the house last October. Right out of the lot, we had the fridge door opening and fixed that with the velcro strap. I did take it out once more to top off the fuel, and the freezer door did not open on me, but I am going to plan on facing this same problem in the spring.
The only thing that comes to mind (while having a few beers, so take it for what it's worth)
but maybe a wood stick down thru the fridge door handles to the freezer ?? I know it's not the best idea, but like I said, it's Saturday night and I'm passing the time while waiting for spring
Here's another thought....... Small strips of velcro with adhesive on both sides of the freezer door ?? Small white one may not be noticed ?
Well, I'll sit back and watch this thread for more ideas. I don't think there is a whole bunch of 400QL owners here, but the other models may have the same problem.
