Kitchen sink.
Has anyone changed the kitchen sink to get better water flow?? Someone previous suggested there was a pressure reducer just before the faucet connection. I haven't been able to find that so I am thinking of changing the faucet with a new one from home depot or something. Anyone do this? If so did you get better water flow?

Would it be possible for you to take a picture of it. I would like to remove it. The only thing I see is where the hose connects to the faucet itself.

we changed ours out after the handle broke, bought one at the hardware store with a bonus separate sprayer head. Changed out the bathroom faucet at the same time, didn't want the same thing happening during our 3 month trip last year. Very simple to do. DH did the kitchen as he had to drill the hole for the bonus sprayer and I did the bathroom change. I really like the extra sprayer head on a hose.

Do you have a rigid outlet that swivels side to side or a pull out faucet head/ sprayer?
Assuming you have the pull out combo unscrew the hose from the base of the pull out sprayer head .
It should be there.
My unit is 90 miles away and wont see it till late friday evening.

The brass peice in the hose? If so how did you get it out? The handle side had a small valve. Looks like a back flow or something. I removed it and didn't see a difference.

Ok. There was a small plastic valve. No change in water pressure. Any other ideas??

Are you sure it's the faucet? My 2014 390BH's water pressure is perfect. Weather on city hook up or pump, all of my faucets have strong pressure. I would ensure the lines are all good.

This is the flow on the kitchen faucet. Everything else is really good. It's always been much lower than the rest. I have traced the lines back as far as I can and haven't seen any reason for the low flow. I was just thinking it could be the faucet or a pressure reducer somewhere.

I see!! That would definitely bother me too! I would disconnect the water line to the faucet and get a bucket and check the pressure before it goes through the faucet if it's still low then it's not the faucet, if it's normal then I would look for a reducer in the faucet or just replace it with a residential one. Mine is completely different than yours both in style and pressure.

That silver part on the head should screw out... take apart... clean and install. You could check the flow without the diffuser.

Yes I did. I took of the screen and check. When I had the hose of the handle that was low flow also. Maybe there is some junk in the internal works of the faucet or at the connection under cabinet. When I get home I will have to take it off and check it out. Thanks for the ideas.

My kitchen facet in my TT had plastic shaving they made it through the system, it blocked the HW line, not quite that bad though. The suggestion of removing the inlet pipes and checking would be a good idea if you are able to do so.

I second this question, if the water faucet aerator screens are plugged with junk it can be cleared easy.

I changed out the plastic faucet with a nice metal unit from Lowes. Had to get the adapters to match the RV inlets but Lowes had all the hardware too. No problems at all with the install but the flow would be based on the regulator that you use to supply the RV. I've opted for the High flow unit but it still limits what you can get out of it compared to the house.

Is your coach an '08? We had the same faucet in our '08 and had the same low water pressure. I removed the plastic disc in the faucet and didn't see any improvement. After seeing the water flow from yours, I should have replaced the faucet. The pressure from the faucet in my '14 coach is much better. I think the only solution is to replace the faucet.

No ours is a 12. This has been a nagging problem but at the end of the list. Finally getting to this one. I will try to disconnect under the cabinet and see what the pressure is prior to the faucet. That should tell me if it is prior or the faucet itself.
