Location of control panel in 2014 Berkshire 400QL

Trying to locate the control panel so we can learn our fob remote for our carefree awning. Can anyone advise? Thanks

On my 390RB its located in the overhead cabinet above the passengers seat. You have to remove the small wooden shroud that covers it.

It is normally a fob that is on your keychain.

I found mine. Like I said I have never used it and have no idea why we would want it. It's not like you can't walk to the door and put the awning in or out. Useless.

I have never seen it nothing on keys or in case with manuals wonder if 2015 models stopped furnishing it? My Allegro Bus had one comes in handy when you are parked close to another MH or tree etc. allows you to stand outside so you don't hit awning on objects.

Just went out and looked nothing in overhead compartments as for panels to house a controller. Thinking they did away on 2015 Berkshire XL. Will send my contact at FR for details.

Used ours once, just to see if it worked. Button is right next to door.

The box on the right hand side of the overhead is the shroud that covers the control box in my 390RB. I know this because I removed it in the process of locating a route for exterior LEDs.

According to FR at least for 2015 and later they do not use awning remotes. This is the response I received "We no longer use awnings with remotes your unit is not equipped with a remote awning. There is no controller just a relay mounted behind the switch."

I used mine once to let my Son-in-law know I had an option he didn't have. So far the only use I've found for it.
