Looking at price...

So the wife and I are looking to return back to RV'ing, and found the Berkshire, we both like the unit. I was wondering what a good average price would be to pay for a unit. I have read you can usually get 20 - 30 % off if you barter, but this is a last years model 390RB, MSRP was 235,000 on sale for 159,000. Do you all think its a decent price or should there be room to come down? The reason I'm asking is we always bought used when we were camping, we were never in the position to buy new, however now we can look for new. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Get a price from RVDIRECt.com. They have very good prices and it will tell you whether the 159K price is a good deal.

I agree with Tom. Check with RV Direct and see what they can give you for a price. I don't think they have any 2011's left but it would still give you somewhat of an idea of what you should be paying.

I would think they would give a trade price also. When we shopped for our Berkshire we got trade prices from dealers all over the US. RVDirect (RVOne) gave us a trade in price for our Itasca sight unseen even though we are just a few miles from their Buffalo RV Dealership.

If you let me know what you might be looking for, then I can get in touch with them and see if they have anything that may fit your needs. If you would like to contact them directly, let me know on a PM and I'll get in touch with one of the owners. My suggestion of going through me is just to keep any salesman from bothering you.
