Loose mirror

My drivers side mirror blows out of position if I catch a good wind when I'm driving down the road.
Today, I noticed the head of a bolt on top of the arm directly above the swivel that the mirror hangs on.
Will this tighten the mirror swivel?

Yes it will, I used the same nut to adjust mine.

Some mirrors have 3 phillips screws on the back you can tighten to hold the mirror from moving.

Had same problem with mine when new. They tightened it at the factory for me. No problems since.

I have to loosen and fold my mirrors to fit in the 10' door on my RV barn. It is a pain to get the arms back to the correct position until I put an alignment mark on them.
