On my 2011 it is located on the entrance side. Access is through the door in front of the rear wheel.

My water control center is on driver's side and I don't remember a drain there..... Nothing on entry side... On my previous Lexington it was under the bed....

The drain for my fresh water tank is on the passenger side, underneath, behind the rear wheels. Has nothing to do with the water control center on mine. I have a couple tubes hanging down and each has a cap on it. When I remove the one that is painted white, my fresh tank drains. When I remove the blue cap, my cold water lines drain (low point). When I remove the red cap, my hot water lines drain (low point).

Your mileage may vary.

On my 2011 Berkshire the water control center is on the driver side which is where the low point drain valves are, but the fresh water tank drain valve is located directly across on the passenger side. The water pump is also located there. The door is released by two latches at the bottom of the door not visible until you look under the coach, it doesn't have a handle like the water control center does. Hope this helps.

I hope your realize that if you are looking at temps into the 20's, you need to fully winterize the coach, not just drain the fresh water tank. Just checking to make sure you don't make a very big and expensive mistake.

If you don't drop below the mid-30's, you don't really need to drain your tank for fear of freezing. We drain our tank after every trip to keep the bacteria growth down. You may want to refer to the "Research" thread here in the Berkshire section regarding the heated areas of the tanks. That may also be helpful.
