Manually extend bunk slide?

Anybody know how to manually extend/retract the bunk slide? Not having much luck with the owners manual. All cables are connected and the motor runs, but nothing moves when pressing the button. Striped gear?

Mike,
FR had a bunch of bad motors from Norco (I think they supplied the motors). There is a range of serial numbers for the bad ones so I would contact FR to see if yours fall in that range. Mine went out after the first few months of ownership and needed to get a mobil tech to come out to change it. Also, you should have about a 12" long flexible cable in the file box that you received with your coach. From what I understand, you can attach that cable to a drill and use it to power the motor to move the slide.

Mike,
Unless things have changed, you should have gotten a plastic file folder box with all the paper work in it, a black plastic wrench to remove the center hub on the rear wheels, a white plastic wrench to remove the whole house water filter and, as I mentioned, a flexible cable about a foot long to operate the slide motor with a drill.
Yes, do call FR and ask them about this. Also, call your dealer and question them as to where these items are if you did not get them. They may have scavenged them from your coach to give to another customer.

Got mine new at Lazydays. Just a pile of literature. Purchased a really nice organizer at Walmart but sort of disappointed since when you spend over $150K you'd expect a little better.
