Yea I know I'm not going to get even close to 190 for the 2014.

I have seen a couple go in the 160k-170k range.

May sell my 2014 400BH

I bought my 390 FL August of 2014. It was New--$$172,000 net. The 172 was after FR kicked in $10,000 rebate. So 170 for a used one might be a bit optimistic.

Mine has the 360 motor

I've been following the thread for a while, I think it fair to say the the engine size needs to be specified. Are you talking the 340 or the 360. Ya'll could and most likely are comparing apples to oranges. JMO.

Apparently you did not read all the thread as he said what size eng.

Thanks everyone. It will have about 13000 when I get back to ohio on Monday. It has the 360 and never any engine issues.

I would consider paying commission.

Any ideas at what price I could get. It's in excellent condition and has 5 yrs left on warranty.

The 360 hp engine adds about 200 more ft lbs of torque, comes with the Allison 3000 vs 2500 transmission and a 10,000 lb vs 5000 lb towing capacity.

Same here.... I bought mine from a private individual, titled but never used in late 2012.

It's an '11 390RB-40 and I paid $125000. Thought it was a real steal ( and still do).

Included a stackable washer and dryer, tile flooring and a 4 door stainless fridge. Been very little trouble for me; just a couple of somewhat serious items.

Boowho??

This is a Charleston isn't it? Whole different world from a Berkshire.

Dkplace,
Make sure that it has the steerable rear axle. I heard that the early units won't have this feature.

I've never driven a Charleston so I wouldn't know first hand. I have always read that tag axle coaches handle the roads better and are more stable in winds.

After some research it looks like I am going to get closer to 150k when I sell. I knew going into this that this was not a investment so it is what it is.
It is officially for sale.
