May sell my 2014 400BH
Decisions, Decisions. We still have a couple of years before we can really travel and possibly full time. We are considering selling the RV and buying house in Texas to make our new home base. Then in a few years get back into to RV lifestyle.
We now have grandkids on way and wife is not as excited about the RV lifestyle that we both desired.

No, but we have a beautiful Cardinal with full body paint, level up system, residential stainless refrig with ice and water in door, central vacuum, fireplace, king bed, etc. it's beautiful and still looks and smells new. Gorgeous wood cabinets with huge double door pantry etc. son ill. We can't travel any more Have pictures. $98k msrp. Selling $59k

Thanks everyone. It will have about 13000 when I get back to ohio on Monday. It has the 360 and never any engine issues.
I would consider paying commission.
Any ideas at what price I could get. It's in excellent condition and has 5 yrs left on warranty.

Well in Sept. we bought our 2014 390RB-40 with 4400 miles and paid 136,500 thru a dealer which included a new stack able washer and dryer. The price however for the warranty was not included in that price. I would say ours was also in excellent condition with a little over 40 hrs. on the generator. Also came thru with the upgraded tires and front suspension.
I'd be more interested in knowing what you'd be looking for your jeep if you were looking to sell it along with information about it.

Sounds like you got a great deal on your 390bh-340. Doubt I will sell the jeep. Gotta keep some of my toys. If you buy a jeep as tow vehicle you won't be disappointed.

For what it's worth, MHSRV gave me $145,000 on mine towards a heavily discounted 2015 Entegra. They sold it w/i a matter of weeks for $170,000. 6000 miles and they offered $20000 more than any other dealer, sight unseen.

If you don't mind my chiming in, we deal with MHSRV also. They are a wholesale dealer, with wholesale purchase also comes wholesale trade. So keep those prices in mind if your thinking about retail sale or personal sale. Best guess would have been the affor mentioned rig could have possibly brought $190,000 plus on the open market
