More icemaker problems

Okay here's what I know... icemaker has power, water turned onunder sink in bathroom, lever in down position on icemaker, when I stick screwdriver in a little gears to advance cycle nothing happens, so what am I missing? Is there a fuse for icemaker alone?

Are you still having trouble with the ice maker? Hoping someone can share some trouble shooting tips with you.

what has the dealer suggested ? Is it under warranty ?
sometimes the appliances have a longer warranty if your unit is pasted warranty .

Do you know for sure there is water AT the ice maker ?
Is there a screen that is plugged ?

No warranty, what I can't figure out is it used to go through a cycle when I turned the gear on the side, but now no cycling .

Ice maker development!!!!

Ok been a long time since last ice maker question...when solenoid opens up to let water up to ice maker I notice a bit of water squirts out from were the line disappears behind the fridge on way to ice maker. I guess there must be some problem behind the ice maker itself. I will likely have to let the freezer unthaw and then remove the ice maker from the freezer and see what is going on behind it.
Anyone had the ice maker unbolted from the freezer?

Thanks,

Not sure what your in service date was - but the fridge should be covered by a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer (Dometic)..

In fact many of the components are covered for mUch more than the 12 months offered by FR..

There should be a shut off valve for the icemaker water supply for winterizing. Maybe it is closed and not getting water to ice maker.
