Exactly right going to the stops several times. There isn't a bleeder on the system.

I have three considerations for you, AlmondFarmer.

First of all, I did get the screw brackets for the slides. They are great, except there is very little sturdy flange on the slide-out to place the bracket. There a great chance of prying off the slide's flange.

Secondly, my drivers side kitchen slide kept going out and a new hydraulic ram and anti-creep valve fixed the problem.

My third point is that this is the deepest slide with the longest ram. The design underneath is kind of shoddy, since its very difficult to keep the ram from being a pry-bar on the chassis frame. This I feel, wore out the internal seal in the ram. The best way to understand this point is to lay down in the cargo bay and have someone bring the slide in and out while you view what's happening with the ram. There is two possible problems; one the ram's extension rod hitting the slide's timing shaft (running perpendicular). Next is the ram's body moving downward on the chassis frame.

This is why this slide has the most creep-out problems.

My dinette slides out while driving too...

I thought I was the only one with that issue. Took it to the shop and was told it is impossible for the dinette slide to open while making a sharp turn. After that comment I thought I imagined things but I kept the slide locks in place just in case...Luckily my 2017 XL came with slide locks.

I am going back to that shop next week for other warranty items and I will print these posts...

Hopefully they will spend more time at it and figure it out....

Thanks for the posts,

My dinette slide did this too... everyone said no, it can't do that. It did and it was a failed ram. The design is flawed in my opinion and I bitched loud enough to have FR say they would replace it due to my years of trouble. Document the crap out of problems.

I just took my Berk in for Ram repair, the full wall slide was really getting scary a very un safe problem. Why hasn't FR had a recall on this dangerous common problem?

As I stated a few post back, the dinette slide appears to always be the problem; not so for the passenger side slide.

Mine was actually the passenger slide. Had the ram and anti creep valve replaced and seems to be doing the job. At least for past couple days since we got it back. Since this post had started I have noted the issues with the driver side flush mount slide and will keep an eye on it.
