NO3putt....

Look closely and you'll see that it's not paint.... It's the same material used for spray-in bed liners...

I had it done by Ztech... Amazing to watch them prep the coach... They TOTALLY wrapped the complete coach in tarps leaving only the area to be sprayed exposed... When I say totally I mean every single inch from roof to ground.... Took them 10 times longer to prep the rig than it took to apply the material ( which dried in 10 seconds). Amazing....

Had to do that with our 2010 Sightseer. Except it was a plastic robbermaid two step-stepladder used.

I've been looking for something like that for a year. Haven't found anyone with a shop door high enough to handle the coach. Is it a color or black? If black do they have colors? Where is Ztech.

Looks very nice! Those spray bed liner materials can take a beating. I had Line-X applied to the bed of my 06 Tundra and after 9 years it still looks great.

jrlabaron....

They didn't put my rig inside.... Did it in the back of their shop... Remember it dries in abt 10 secs....

It does come in various colors but I thought black would fit my color scheme best...

The Ztech shop I used is in Beaumont TX and they were GREAT!!!! I believe they have shops everywhere...

I believe I'm gonna love it... Much better than that discolored diamond shield crap....

Hey Ernest, out of curiosity, did you have diamond shield or the earlier stuff they were using? I had a detailer last year tell me how hard it was to remove, but when I was at Goshen last year, I had an area in the front replaced, and the guy did the whole job in an hour. It came off and went on easily.

Man, that's awesome. What kind of warranty? It seems like that that system would hold up better for bugs and rocks.

Lifetime warranty and zero up-keep.... They showed me pics of coaches that had had the entire front end sprayed.... Looked like a bra without the hassle...

This is interesting stuff Ernest! I have also heard of similar Linux-like compounds being sprayed on the roof; that brings up a Newbie Berk question....

I understand that the Berks have a single sheet, vacuum bonded fiberglass roof. How "Maintenance free" is the roof? Since I have had roof issues in the past (on my pull-behind) I am really paranoid about proper roof maintenance!

I go up and wash the roof every fall before I put it away for the winter and check the seems to be sure the Dicor is in good shape. After eight years my roof still looks new and I have only had to touch up a few spots on the Dicor that look questionable but were probably good.
