Many of the rigs out there now use the 'J' couch which is a very small fold out bed. We need to be able to find a bath and a half with a booth and a king or queen fold out bed. Both Entegra and Forest River are lacking in that type of setup.....or at least at this point in time they are lacking.

You may want to look at this then:

#FSC021085525 - 2016 Sportscoach Cross Country 404RB Bath & 1/2 W/Power Salon Bunks, W/D, King, for sale in Alvarado TX

It would have a lighter chassis and a 340 vice a 360

This set up, plus the booth dinette in a Ventana will suit my needs perfectly.

That would be the most uncomfortable queen mattress i have seen. I would rather have a blowup in place of that fold up Queen.

That was my first thought, but I believe that is a blow up mattress.

That is an air mattress, it's deflated in that picture.

We had the couch with a blow up mattress in our 2011 RB. We also had the dinette. We took them both out and now use a blow up mattress on the floor and a cot if needed. Plenty of room and it's just as comfortable. We found getting up from the floor was easer than getting in bed on the couch. I don't see a need for a couch as long as you have the floor space for a blow up. We do not have guests often and then it's the grandkids.

We don't have guest often either, but when we do, it's 4 adults, my children & significant other, we need beds. This is why my DW wanted the BH. With the opposing couch set up, plus the bed dinette we would have enough space for all to sleep with out having a BH and have either a larger bathroom or a bath & 1/2 floor plan.

differance

We where going to upgrade from are 2010 Berk to a newer model or floor plan but following the forms. I think we will stay with are 010 Berk 39'9 60 had little problems with this motorhome. The more you pay doesn't buy better service or quality. I'am happy to own a Forestriver product.
