None of my slides are working

We planed on leaving on a trip in 3 days but i can't get any of our slide to engage. I have a 2011 Berkshire 390BH and everything else in the motor home is working fine except the slides. I push the button to extend the slide and it seems like there is no power. I have checked the 12 volt fuses and did not see anything listed for the slides or hydraulic pump but i did find a inline fuse beside the pump and it is fine.

could someone let me know what i should be looking at next?

My hydraulic pump froze up and was told to tap the end with a hammer... didn't work for me so I had to get a new pump.

I have the generator running i was hoping the batteries were low and that was the reason the slides are not working but everything else is working off the 12 Volt

Is your key in the ignition switch?

Got them working i think the batteries were so low it would not activate the pump. I let the generator run for two hours to charge everything up and the slides are now working. thanks for all the advice...
