Oasis recommendations...
OK, I have a recall and the chirping pulley/tensioner that need to get looked at under warrantee.
I live in Bethlehem PA......
The nearest FL dealer is Horwith. They can go pound sand after ignoring me for 5 hours when I showed up on time for an appointment made weeks ahead of time.
The four nearest Oasis dealers are:
1 Southern Connecticut Freightliner in Branford CT
2 Freightliner of Delmarva in Delmar MD
3 Freightliner of Hartford, Hartford CT
4 Fyda Freightliner of Pittsburg, Canyonsburg PA
Closer there are some "Elite" dealers:
1 Freightliner of Philadelphia, Levittown PA
2 Campbell Freightliner Monroe NJ
3 Freightliner of Bridgeport Swedesboro NJ
4 Sherwood Freightliner, Dunmore PA
5 Freightliner of Lancaster, Lancaster PA
6 Freightliner of Elkton, Elkton MD
As one of the symptoms is on cold start, I plan on arriving the night before and staying in the Coach.
I demand good service, I will drive to get it. Anyone have any experiences with any of these dealers?
Thank you.

I've used both the Levittown, PA & the Bridgeport, NJ locations. Both were exceptional.
The Bridgeport location is easier to get in & out of since it's just off of I-295 (Exit 10), ask for Dajon.
There's also a FR dealer in Sewll, NJ (Dylan's). Try to get Brian to look at your coach. Otherwise you may get he 'B' team.

I have used Freightliner of Elkton with good success. Stopped there heading to Goshen last summer switches on the smart wheel stopped working, had a tech looking at 20 minutes after we arrived. Had problem fixed by early afternoon after consulting with Freightliner & Forest River.

That's where I bought my coach. Wouldn't let them touch the chassis if it was free.

Oscar: I am with CRL1 on this subject.
I have had excellent service from freightliner of Elkton with all three of my different motorhomes. I have been there many times for warranty and for service. Its big, clean, and they work two shifts.
410-441-3320 ask for Kyle (if he is still there) he is a service advisor and will
take care of you.

Used Hartford for both Maintenance and warranty work and very happy with going there. I have a Freightliner Service facility within 10 miles of home but would rather travel the extra 90 miles to Hartford. Service Writer Dee and techs were great.
Hartford RV Oasis dba "Five Star Fire" does the Freightliner fire equipment and RV work of Hartford Freigthliner. Last time I looked (September) Oasis address was wrong. Correct address is 45 Brainard Rd in Hartford. From your location I recommend Rt 691N to Rt 91N avoiding the city of Hartford.
Overnight parking in front of service bays - call ahead of time and they will provide 50A drop. Phone: 860.290.8061
