Good to hear you are back Silver! As a fellow knee replacement "Survivor" I'm here to tell you don't be afraid to take pain meds - I was on them for @ 3 weeks post surgery. The other tip i will offer is Walking and physical therapy are your bestest friends -- the more you do the better (and faster!) you recover.

best of luck my friend! I know it's sorta crappy the first 2-ish weeks, but hang in there!

Okay.....it's official. a box of rocks could probably score higher on an apptitude test.

I checked all those fuses several times during this whole mess. With an ohm meter.

Today I go back out there to check again, and in the far right of the three fuse boxes, post #6 that is labeled: "Ent/Door SW'S" the 5 amp fuse failed the test. I replaced that fuse, and lo and behold, the slides are working.

I am truely sorry I had you guys scratching your heads saying "WTF" ....
I wanted this fixed so bad I am sure I checked it carefully before.

In any case, I now know where the relay is, all the fuses and the hidden ones too.

Thanks again and I can't apology enough that I dragged everyone into this.

Merry and Blessed Christmas to all.

Ken

Oh Crap .... Slides don't work

I knew it was something simple.....I wish they would simplify the fuses....lol. Anyway Kenny I'm glad you finally found it.

We all have those moments and the older I get the more frequently they happen.

Ken thats great news. Sometimes things happen. I would rather have something like that a .20 cent fuse than a major component. Slides work thats all that counts.

Kenny,
No apology necessary.
As Phil said, great news and happy to hear it was something simple and easy to fix. At least we know who to ask for locations of where fuses are if something stops working!! (LOL!)

ps- do you know where the fuse for the CO-Gas detector is?

Hey Ken,

No Apology necessary! I will not bother you with how many *DOH* moments I have had in my nearly 25 years of RV'ing

Gladto hear it is fixed and, as a soon to be Berk owner, thanks for troubleshooting what I am CERTAIN would have been YA *DOH* moment for me

Hi Silver,
I am glad to hear your surgery went well! I am sorry to hear the pain pills upset your stomach! After my shoulder surgery I know it was just a constant annoying ACHE like the bones were throbbing!! Since Ibuprophen acts like a natural anti inflammatory, that was all I was able to use. (All the other pain pills did a number on my stomach too!)
Good Luck with the recovery and yes, keep up with your physical therapy! It isn't fun DURING but it makes it feel better afterwards!
Merry Christmas!!
Karen
