Our 2011 Berkshire

Our new rig arrived at the dealers. I'd post some pics, but they are too big. As soon as I figure out how to downsize I'll put some pics up.

ED,
Congrats on the new rig!!!! Glad to hear that it finally came in. How do you like the ride and driving the diesel pusher? Now the real bad part is waiting until you can get out and use it.
Don't forget those pics.
Regards,
Tom

I haven't figured out how to downsize the pics to put them on here. I know, I'm techno challenged. Hey, I did master DOS last week!

Try www.tinypic.com, it will host and downsize the photos for you, then you just insert the link they supply for you in your post here. Or do as we do and use Adobe Photoshop to downsize your photos.

Love the color of the woodwork and the detail on the drawers. Great paint job too. I am very impressed by the quality of the paint job on the FR rigs. I don't think FR does the painting themselves though.

Nice looking rig. Have a great time with it.

I think, and the operative word there is think, that it is 86 on the fresh, 47 on black, and 50 on grey. I'm not sure about the numbers and I'll know more when we pick it up.

Thanks NW for the tip on the pics. Looks like I may be able to move on from DOS afterall!

Congrats on the new rig. Ours arrived just the week prior to yours and we took our shake-down trip to Gettysburg. What a great time! The handling and quality of ride is amazing when compared to our old 2001 Landau. We're a family of 5 and the coach has ample room for us. Besides the anticipated quirks and adjustments needing attention the only major issue we have is a "bow" in the floor which the manufacturer is correcting as I type. Oh, and the rear camera triggers to the left side-camera upon activating the headlights and won't release until the lights are turned off - it appears to be a simple mis-wiring issue.

Congrats on the new Berkshire. Glad to hear that there were only minor problems with your rig. Hope you have many fun and trouble free trips with it.

Cool. So did you get the 390bh also? What colors did you choose? We're just doing our vacuuming and cleaning up before loading up and seeing what's different in this one. So far, we are really impressed.

FT Rovering,

We'll be north of you. We are driving out I-70 through Indy and St. Louis. We've been to Bowling Green and caught the Corvette Museum and Mammoth Cave. Great area!

We'd love to come back to BG, but not this trip I'm afraid. BTW, I graduated from Bowling Green University, but that's in Ohio.
