Folks, I don't think the OP is concerned with mounting a dish on the roof. Lets not take this too far off-topic.

There is two cables on the roof going to the satellite dish. I think when the dealer installed the dish, they just put in another connection point. Will take the cover off the one that dosen't do anything and see just what is there. We also have a tailgater when in the trees and think we will just have to run a seperate cable to the outside. Our entertainment center is mid coach so going stright down should not be too big of a problem into the storage bay. Sounds like a winter project when we get home. Thanks for the input

Thanks to all of you for your suggestions and wisdom! Didn't need to get more cable out of outlet. Replaced cable fitting, put it back together and my Dish Network is working splendid! Last summer we had Dish come out to where we were camped and they fixed the cable input box in the cupboard by the TV. So all is well!

I have the "prep" label. The other end of that COAX is under the roof very near the OTA crank up antenna. I have a diagram from FR around here somewhere that I can post as soon as I find it.

And no, there is no 12V wire at the same location.

To verify the FR diagram as accurate, I used a wire tracing probe and sure enough it was right where the diagram specified. I was concerned about accuracy because the diagram they sent me looked like it was hand written on a paper napkin!!

Anyone needs the diagram, just let me know.

Boowho??
