There can be water that back flows from the flush tank... You should be careful the backwash might not taste good. I use a 4 way and never have black flush open with any other. Tank Fill and city fine. Just my 2cents. Love a possible hose connection thanks

All of the black tank flushes that I'm aware of come with back flow preventers. The built-in ones as well as the cheap aftermarket jobs.

The back flow preventer can fail.
