Overhead LED Recessed Lighting

I have a 2012 Berkshire. Can anyone tell me how to get my overhead recessed lighting to go off. Had 3 or 4 short power interruptions yesterday and my lights were not turned on, but evidently some kind of power surge caused them to light very, very dimly. I have a new surge protector that's working. This morning I went to outside City power supply and disconnected the 50 Amp service after I turned off the breaker. Didn't change anything with the lights. Haven't tried searching out and pulling the fuse yet. Should that be my next move? An electrician I am not. It sort of scares me. Don't want a fire. Any ideas would be helpful to this widow lady. My hubby was one of those guys who could fix anything. Too bad some of his smarts didn't rub off on me.

First welcome to the forum. I can't imagine what would cause that. Maybe the dimmer switch is bad.

The ones in my bedroom seem to stay on, very dim light, right when I turn them off. I only notice it when we go to bed at night. When I wake up they are all the way off. I fall asleep before they go all the way out.

I have no idea why they do this, but they've done it since we've owned it.
