Pamplets, manuals, and papers

So in looking through the container that holds all of these documents pertaining to the Berkshire the one thing that I don't really see is something by Berkshire. Should there have been some kind of book/manual actually for the Berkshire coach ? Am I missing a important part of the puzzle ? I would of thought something for maintenance of the exterior, care for the inside, various warnings and what not. What say you ??

HA! this has been another of our "sore" subjects. Even if you find it, it's so damn generic you could easily think you're looking at the manual for a modular home. They only have ONE for all their coaches whether gas or diesel. Second, it hasn't been updated in MANY years. And finally, it's too slick to use for toiled paper.

Boowho??

Seriously ? You buy a bicycle from China and get a phone book size manual, in 8 languages no less. You'd think for coaches going in these prices you would get something besides a key chain. I suppose they make up for it with their great customer service and other ways.

5456Mich, this is pretty much the RV industry standard, not just FR.

Google Forest River Berkshire manual. There you will find the most information on the coach and its systems.

If you have a iPhone here is the Forest River App which contains the Forest River RV Owners Manuals.

You got a key chain! Now I feel cheated. I even had to hot wire the coach

Joe as stated if you can find one it is very generic. It does not go into great detail on the Berk. You will find more info in the individual component manuals.

It's kind of a learn as you go process, that's why internet forums are so popular. I found more answers here than I found in any manual.

If you are completely new to RVing the manual does have some good info in it one just needs to ignore those parts that do not pertain to his/her coach. Manual can be found at

Sweet. Don't feel so special I got one also. I was just giving you a little grief. In fact I think I got two of them. It goes well with the 6000 keys that we all got.

Totally agree: the manual given with my A frame is for a tent camper popup.
The individual appliance manuals are the most help along with the FR forum.
Don't know what I would do without this forum.
