Nice spot Phil, I love it, especially being waterfront.

It is a very small lake. More of a pond but it's water and I'll take it.

Phil,

Looked the pictures over closely and I think I could squeeze my Berk onto your site and keep you company this winter. The wife thinks it would be a good idea to.

I'll pull the cover off and start down. Have the steaks ready.

It's a plan Silver. I'll fire up the grill.

I'm not either but if it means more friends hanging out we will find the room. Heck let's have a mini rally in February.

It looks great. Enjoy your winter and see you in the spring unless chance brings us together sooner.

Our new one might be a little long with three others already on the site. Is it OK if I just park on the street in front of the site once everyone else is there? I have an extension cord.

Very nice, especially since we're looking at fresh snow on the Rockies today! (And you have full-hookups, I assume?)

I DO see enough room there for my little Rocky trailer! ;-)

What a nice group of friends. It remids me of our little group as we travel around here in the Pacific NW.

Congratulations, the site looks awesome, just the kind of location I look forward to when Retirement finally arrives.

Enjoy and send a few updated photos as the seasons roll by.

Dan you are correct sir. I don't do the labor thing very well right now. The check is easy to right but the bank keeps telling me to knock it off. I guess I'll have to see what their problem is. No sense of humor.
Heck I got power cords and if they are made we park on the street oh well. Don't worry until the tow truck shows up. LOL. Thanks for all the kind comments and even the not so kind comments. Love them all.
