which wire is the one that ripped? the one from the antenna head to the splitter, or the one from the splitter to the signal meter?

The website does not have parts to purchase, only the entire unit. I had to call 952-922-6889 and talk to a tech support type and he sent me the wire. Real easy to talk to and seemed to know what I needed. If you want the site, here is the address
