Power issue

Ok guys/gals I need your help. When I plug into shore power I have trickle power, just enough to turn on microwave and fridge. My light panel is dark, nothing lights up. Everything works fine with my generator. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Happy holidays everyone.

I would first get out my volt meter and check the power at the pedestal.

Highly recommend a surge protector. I bought one from CW and it's been great. Will let you know if the power is good at the post before plugging in your MH.

Check power at pedestal first, if that's OK, I would then check converter. Had similar problem and it was converter. Most converters have fuses also
