And they just bought another big chunk of land around their property. When we were there they were working on the new RV Wash area. It was like a giant car wash! Mitch also told us the owner is thinking about putting in more camping sites for previous customers that need a place to stay while passing through town. That idea is still on the drawing board, but I thought it was a nice idea.
If anyone does get over to MHSRV to look at RV's don't forget the JFK Museum is only about an hour away in Dallas. It is a great museum! Just be careful in/around the museum parking lot and the grassy knoll area. There were some panhandlers there that were kind of pushy.

As per my precious post ... my offer would be much lower.

Do not focus as much on model year as production date. My experience with RVS is that the new model year in RVS comes out much sooner than a new model.year in autos.

Although we are very early in the 2016 calender year ... the 2017 will be released soon.

For best price look at a unit that has never left the lot but is one model year old.

I purchased a 21k trailer for 14
A 52k ford flex for 38
And a 256k berk for 150 using this strategy.

Unless there is some sort of earth shattering new feature ... you will not regret not having the absolute newest model year
