radiator cap

just wanting to know if any one else has this problem
I have a 2014 360 ql
I can not get the radiator cap off of the overflow tank!
I can not even get my finger between the cap and the body
took it to freightliner and they could not get it off either
I have talked to ranndy and he has to check with other people there

so has any one else has this problem ?

Must be a different design than mine. I've had no issues getting the cap off of our 2008 390TS

Freightliner built the chassis which includes the motor and they could
not get it off? What did they tell you to do?
