Does anyone have contact information for Randy. My wonderful Lippert Step needs to be replaced for the third time in less than 3 years. Each time I have the motor replaced it dies again after one or two trips. I does that ratcheting thing each time it retracts.
I am hoping that he can either give me some help with Lippert of suggest àn alternate step that will last more than one outing
