re-programming automated sunshade instructions

I got this from the factory. I have not tried it yet as I had a heck of a time just opening the file. Anyways - here it is. Hopefully this will help.

We had our shades replaced when the night shade wouldn't come down. Most problems have been with the shades dropping, but ours was the opposite. When they replaced the shades, the new night shade will not extend at all with the engine running. I'm not sure if your programming may have any correlation to this safety feature.

Shades

Everyone who has a Berkshire with this type of shade should download or print this PDF file, and put it into your rigs manual box. This just happened to me 4 days ago when both the wife and I pressed the privacy shade button at the same time. Somehow, the shade went stupid and so we called the United Shade company. They were excellent and we were back on the road in 5 min. I printed the PDF file and put in the box for future reference. Hat tip to TaterColo.
